•Tenancy renewal fee:      £90 including VAT

• Amendment fee:       £120 (inc VAT)

• Late payment fees:     8% pa once the rent is 14 days late.

• Late payment rent reminder letter or email:     £30 per letter including VAT

• Call out for wrongful call out of contractor:     £60 including VAT

• Unpaid cheque or standing order unpaid:     £30 including VAT

• Failure to keep appointments such as gas safety
inspections/periodic inspections, unless cancelled no
later than 12 hours :     £50 including VAT

• Lost keys or attending a property to let you in:     £30 including VAT, plus contractor fee

• Copies of documents:     £1 including VAT for the 1st page and 25p after
