Homeowner's View:

We lived in this property for 5 years (2013 to 2018) and felt secure and enjoyed living there. This is a lovely street with very helpful and friendly neighbours. We used to have a summer street party with residents every year, which was great fun. The Roebuck Pub was a fantastic place to socialise, adding to the welcoming community vibe. We preferred this street due to its proximity to shops and being in the catchment area of the well-renowned, Maiden Erlegh School.

Alex's View:

This Victorian two-bed mid-terrace property offers a fantastic opportunity for buyers looking to add their personal touch to a home. The ground floor features an entrance hall leading to a separate, cosy lounge and a dining room that flows into a galley kitchen. The bathroom, located at the rear of the property, could benefit from some updating. Upstairs, you'll find two well-proportioned double bedrooms. Positioned on a desirable road near local shops and popular Palmer Park Leisure Centre, with easy access to the number 17 bus into Reading Town Centre, this property provides both convenience and potential. Seize this opportunity to bring your renovation ideas to life and create your dream home.

Look forward to meeting you.
