Martyn Russell Property Services have been looking after the introduction of tenants for a number of my flats, at the time of writing (2014) for the past 14 years. It has been an utterly simple and problem free experience for every one of those years; Martyn and his staff cutting through the process of incoming and outgoing tenants with alacrity and relaxed smiles. There are none of the ‘big sell’ techniques that are favoured in other high street agencies and so hence, no pressure enforced upon their clients.
